We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Account Growth Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding existing accounts while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, able to identify customer needs, and leverage our company's strengths to provide exceptional value. Customer centric with a proven track record of developing and growing existing accounts by understanding the clients needs and delivering tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to foster trust and loyalty, positioning yourself as the go-to resource for any project, big or small.Needs Assessment:
Engage with customers to understand their specific challenges and objectives, using effective fact-finding techniques to uncover opportunities for growth.Accurate Order Processing:
Ensure all quotes and orders are entered accurately and efficiently to prevent issues for the quotes, production team, and overall customer experience.Value Creation:
Identify and articulate how our products and services can solve customer problems, highlighting the unique advantages our company offers.Monitoring Customer Health:
Keep a close eye on account performance, spotting any irregularities and proactively addressing them to ensure customer satisfaction.Onboarding and Execution:
Guide customers through the onboarding process and execute strategies to maximize the benefits of our offerings, driving successful deal closures.Account Growth Strategy:
Differentiate between transactional accounts and those with growth potential; develop tailored strategies to expand revenue year over year.Referrals and Networking:
Leverage existing relationships to gain referrals and advance through the customer hierarchy, maximizing opportunities for account expansion.Strategic Growth Mindset Feedback & Communication:
Clearly communicate project requirements, provide feedback on products, and articulate what support you need from our internal team to ensure project success. Collaborate withInternal Teams:
Work closely with our quoting, logistics, and payment teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction, allowing you to focus primarily on selling.Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate quote and order processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving skills; ability to dig deep to understand customer needs. Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop actionable plans. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.Required Qualifications:
