Job Description

With over 35 dedicated team members, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the area's largest body shop and collision center. Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and develop strategies to boost vehicle sales across our dealership. Your leadership will ensure a seamless customer journey while driving revenue growth and fostering a positive team environment. Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every visitor.
- Coach sales staff on product knowledge, negotiation skills, and maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the service department to ensure vehicles are ready for the lot.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to reach our collective goals while keeping spirits high.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and fairly to protect the reputation of Klein Automotive Group.
- Foster an encouraging environment where every team member feels supported and empowered to grow.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge on both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Stay informed on current promotions, vehicle inventory, and industry trends. Requirements
- Current automotive sales management experience. 3 years+ is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Deep knowledge of vehicle financing, lease programs, and automotive retail operations.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a sales team toward consistent results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and dealership inventory management systems.
- Previous managerial experience in retail or automotive sales is highly preferred.
