Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director at our RX Destroyer office within Daniels Health. They will be responsible for driving business growth on a national scale while working with distributors and direct healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, local, state and federal agencies. The Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its market presence on a national level. \n
Manage Sale pipeline and lead activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive national business development strategy aligned with the overall goals and objectives of RX Destroyer. Develop sales representatives got to market skills and approaches. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay ahead of industry changes. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions Set and achieve sales targets for the national market and individual sales team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Negotiate and close high-value deals. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the national business development activities. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the strategy.Manage Sale pipeline and lead activation.
