Carolinas, Georgia or Delaware – Remote What you will be doing: Develop strong relationships with existing customers and prospects. While gaining customer's trust, you will uncover opportunities to solve their problems, new projects, or challenges they are facing. Functioning as a solution coordinator, you will utilize our company's various technical experts and resources and coordinate finding a solution for the opportunity. You will then communicate to the customer a solution that meets their cost, performance, and environment/health & safety objectives. Active listening skills to ensure that all parties are clear on specific information needed to solve problems. Exceptional ability to follow up on tasks, keep stakeholders updated, set realistic expectations and to ensure that internal and external stakeholders are aware of timelines and deliverables. Ability to deliver results to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner. Able to determine multiple paths to solving a problem and explore possibility of following any of those paths to quietly and effectively achieve the objective. Negotiating skills that show proficiency in tackling 'tough' issues by authentically showing how an issue might slow down or get in the way of achieving the mutually desired outcome. Clear focus on determining the next steps to advance a project/solution and being self-driven to ensure that others stay focused on their piece of that solution and helping them to deliver on time for the whole project.
