Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Caterer, where your passion for food and exceptional guest service will shine! In this energetic role, you'll be the heart of memorable events, delivering top-tier catering experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism. From food preparation to serving guests, you'll ensure every detail contributes to a seamless and delightful event. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop culinary skills, gain valuable hospitality experience, and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating extraordinary occasions. Weekend availability A MUST, as that is when our events are. Events range from 25-400 people, so must be able to prepare and accommodate for that amount of guests. Schedule will be based on events. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of catering dishes, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Serve food and beverages efficiently at events, maintaining excellent guest relations throughout Set up catering stations, including table arrangements, buffet displays, and beverage stations Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or catering is highly preferred; culinary experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for transactions and portioning tasks accurately Experience with banquet or fine dining service enhances your candidacy Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Join us in delivering exceptional catering experiences that leave lasting impressions!
