This one teaches you how to lead. Martindale Pinnacle Construction is expanding into Madison, Wisconsin and Waterloo, Iowa and we're looking for experienced sales managers who want to grow beyond the door and into leadership. If you've spent years mastering D2D sales and you're ready to build something bigger than your personal pipeline, this is your next chapter. By 2030, we're planning to operate in all 50 states with a franchise model. Early managers who help us build these markets will have first access to franchise ownership opportunities.
What You'll Learn Here:
  • How to recruit, onboard, and mentor new reps from scratch
  • Market strategy and territory planning at the manager level
  • P&L ownership and how to run a profitable sales operation
  • Storm restoration sales from inspection to insurance navigation
  • Leadership skills you can take anywhere or use to own your own franchise We've been in business since 2012, and we invest heavily in the people who help us grow.
You'll get 2.5 days of hands-on training with our executive team, shadow top performers, and learn our full playbook before you step into your market.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of D2D sales experience, ideally in home services or restoration
  • Proficiency with estimating tools (Xactimate experience preferred)
  • Clean driving record and professional appearance
  • Coachable, loyal, and ready to gain-retain-apply knowledge
  • Athletes and high performers who thrive in competitive environments
Compensation:
  • $70K base salary plus bonuses and team overrides
  • Company truck and cell phone provided
  • Realistic first-year earnings: $70K
