Full Job Description About Family Connect of Wisconsin:
At Family Connect of Wisconsin, we believe that connection changes everything. Our mission is to strengthen families by connecting and mobilizing local communities to meet the needs of children and families. Through CarePortal, we bridge the gap between child-serving agencies, churches, individuals, and businesses—turning compassion into action and creating sustainable systems of care. In Racine County, families face challenges that no one should face alone—financial strain, isolation, and unmet needs. We know that when communities come together with purpose and coordination, families can thrive, children can stay safely at home, and hope can be restored. Candidate Profile You believe that people want to come together to care for the most vulnerable—but often, they just don't know who to help or how to connect. You know that children shouldn't pay the highest price when families face hardship, and you are passionate about seeing the Church and the community unite to care for them. Colleagues describe you as self-motivated, highly relational, and detail-oriented—an administrator who drives excellence while inspiring others. You are a natural connector and recruiter, someone who can't help but share your passion with others and show them how to get involved, no matter their background or position. You are energized by the opportunity to equip churches and child-serving organizations with tools and relationships that help them serve families with dignity and empathy. You thrive in community engagement, leading gatherings and presentations, and building partnerships that bring lasting impact.
