With senior living communities in Verona and Deforest, we strive to create an environment where residents and their families feel cared for and supported. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Director for the Dane County area to lead and oversee marketing and sales efforts across multiple senior living communities. Position Overview:
As the Regional Sales and Marketing Director , you will play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and building meaningful connections across our Verona and Deforest communities. You'll work closely with community teams to develop and execute strategies that reflect the unique needs of each community while ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Lead with

Develop and implement regional sales and marketing plans to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy rates.
Mentor and Guide Teams:
Work closely with community-level directors, providing training and hands-on support to meet occupancy goals.
Drive Regional Success:
Analyze trends and craft actionable strategies to address opportunities for improvement.
Create Opportunities:
Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community organizations to generate leads and enhance visibility.
Manage Resources:
Oversee regional advertising campaigns, budgets, and events to maximize ROI and community exposure. Travel to
Inspire:
Regularly visit communities in the region to provide on-site support and evaluate marketing initiatives.
Collaborate and Innovate:
Partner with executive directors and leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

3-5 years of senior living marketing experience, including regional roles, with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Compensation Package:
Base Wage:
$60,000
  • $65,000 annual salary based on experience and education
Commission :
Competitive base salary plus an aggressive commission plan tied to move-in revenue and occupancy growth, with substantial earning potential for high-performing sales leaders.
Additional Details:
Travel Requirements:
This role requires regular travel within the assigned region. A valid driver's license and car insurance are required.
Physical Demands:
This position may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
