We're a fast-growing residential HVAC and electrical leader in Waukesha, dedicated to white-glove service and the kind of customer experience that brings homeowners back. Our model is tech-led and sales-supported: our service technicians identify replacement and upgrade opportunities in the home, and they call you in to close — sometimes in person, sometimes by phone, always as a team. You own the in-home sales process, design the system to fit the homeowner's needs, coach the techs on the tee-up, and drive close rate, average ticket, and financing attach across both HVAC and Electrical. What You'll Be Doing Own the replacement and upgrade close rate across HVAC and Electrical Run in-home consultations: load calcs, system design, good/better/best presentations, financing Partner with service technicians on warm handoffs — in the home or on the phone Coach service technicians on the tee-up so every conversation in the home converts at a higher rate Build value in the services we provide and represent OTM with professionalism Track and report on pipeline, close rate, average ticket, and financing attach Be a vital link in revenue, reputation, and the success of the company We have a rigorous process for hiring a Sales Manager, but we move FAST for the right person. What We're Looking For 3+ years of in-home sales experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or solar A close rate you're proud of and can defend Strong command of financing options, good/better/best presentations, and high-ticket closes Tech-fluent — you can read a load calc, talk through a panel, design a system to a homeowner's needs A coach's instinct — you make the techs around you better, not just yourself Personable, goal-driven, and excellent communicator Leadership qualities and enjoys working with a strong team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Why Join Us Enjoy up to $200,000 per year in total earnings with uncapped commission, plus a 90-day guarantee of $50/hour or the greater of your performance — so you're paid while you ramp.
