Responsibilities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Support inventory management through stock replenishment and stock rotation Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting remote customers Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience in retail or customer service environments is a plus Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are advantageous Knowledge of grocery store operations, retail sales techniques, and merchandising practices Experience with product demos and upselling strategies to boost sales performance Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
