This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for retail sales, and the ability to engage customers through product demonstrations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently during transactions. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in-store. Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and inventory effectively. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Experience in supervising or training new staff is advantageous but not required. A passion for selling products and providing excellent customer service is essential.
