Main Responsibilities Manage transactions and ensure accurate pricing Accept payments and provide receipts Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge Interact with customers in a friendly manner Key Responsibilities of a Cashier Greet customers upon entry and exit Balance the cash register Scan goods and verify pricing and quantities Process returns, refunds, and resolve customer complaints Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate Job Requirements Must be at least 17 years old Basic computer knowledge Strong math skills Ability to effectively resolve complaints Effective communication in English; Spanish fluency is a plus!
