The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet our guests' expectations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a love for creating delicious dishes. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and catering events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences when necessary. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering settings. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is essential. Experience with menu planning and execution is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required for success in this role.
Job Summary:
Cashier As a Cashier, you'll be the face of the restaurant, greeting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll also help keep the front area clean and inviting while assisting with basic food service tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Accurately take customer orders (in-person or over the phone) Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile apps Issue receipts and manage the cash register drawer Ensure the front counter and dining area are clean and organized Answer questions about the menu and daily specials Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally Assist with basic side tasks such as packing to-go orders or restocking supplies
Qualifications:
Prior cashier, customer service, or food service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle transactions quickly and responsibly Friendly, outgoing, and reliable Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs Must be available to work weekends or evening shifts Shift Manager/Team Leader As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth shifts, excellent customer service, and a well-functioning team. You'll supervise staff, handle customer concerns, monitor food quality, and keep the restaurant running efficiently and professionally during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations Open and close the restaurant as needed, following proper procedures Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff during service Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and supply restocking Ensure all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures are followed Communicate shift updates and any operational issues to upper management Step in to support roles as needed (cashier, line cook, food prep, etc.)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in food service required Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
