In this energetic role, you'll handle daily retail operations, assist customers with their needs, and ensure the station runs efficiently. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their visit Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including fuel sales, convenience store items, and merchandise Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling with precision and integrity Upsell products and services such as car washes, snacks, or beverages to boost sales opportunities Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness of the store area Conduct product demos when applicable to educate customers about new or featured items Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and performing basic merchandising tasks Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information to customers Requirements Previous cashiering experience or familiarity with POS systems is preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or cleaning Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Familiarity with upselling techniques and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to deliver outstanding service in a lively retail environment.
