Here at HuDa we work as a TEAM meaning everyone helps each other no matter the position. The Restaurant Front of House Team Member will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience at the restaurant.

Requirements:

Required to obtain Food Handler's Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude Basic math and computer skills Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (in-person or via POS) Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, front counter, and restroom Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally Must be able to learn HuDa Pho's Menu Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu to effectively communicate all items and ingredients to the customer. Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit card transactions Assist with to-go orders, curbside pickup, or delivery coordination Comply with food service health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards. Working as a TEAM and helping the kitchen with dishes, prepping, orders, etc...

Compensation Policy:

The Restaurant Front of House employee will be paid an hourly rate of $14.70. In addition to the hourly rate, they will also receive tips from customers, which will be collected and distributed according to the restaurant's policy.
