Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling to enhance their shopping experience Maintain clean and organized merchandising displays and stock shelves regularly Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and manage product stocking efficiently Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage is in place Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially within grocery or convenience store environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures essential for accuracy Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions Experience in grocery stores or similar retail settings will help you excel in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service while building your retail expertise!
