Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Cashier (Spanish and English) to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, processes transactions efficiently, and ensures a positive experience for every guest. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining smooth food and retail operations. Responsibilities Accurately process retail sales transactions using POS systems. Assist customers with food orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales. Manage food service customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining a clean workspace. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and food handling areas regularly in compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Experience Proven cashiering skills with familiarity in operating POS systems. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining accuracy during transactions. Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence within the food industry. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
