We are seeking candidates who excel at customer service and want to serve customers the finest ice cream in the world. • Greeting and helping customers
• Provide stellar customer service and hospitality
• Scooping delicious ice cream with precision, making milkshakes, sundaes, cookie sandwiches, and filling pints
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization standards of the shop
• Operating the point of sale system and handling cash
• Opening and closing duties as needed Additional Notes/Schedule Requirement
• Must be available to work daytime, weekends and holidays or as needed by the business. Minimum Qualifications
• Basic math skills and ability to use a point-of-sale system .
• Weekend availability a must
• Firm belief in the value of being genuinely hospitable to all customers
• A commitment to creating a hospitality driven culture within your shop
• Leads by example
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
• including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time
