Cashier/ Middle/Expo In need of someone who will take charge of front of house / cashier and expo line. Must greet guests, take orders and able to run delivery apps Ensure quality and proper presentation of food in a timely manner; that food orders. Ensure food was prepared appropriately and up to specifications. Ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer service. Prepared recipes and plate presentations, correctly set up according to tickets. Prepared and assembled quickly according to recipes and procedures to avoid waste; and that the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe. Explain special orders to the cooks. Checked with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
