We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Manager to join our team. This position would be in charge of managing 4-5 employees. This position is for Tuesdays-Sunday Hours range from 7:00AM-4 PM . We are closed Mondays.

Responsibilities:

Manage and scheduling of 4-5 employees Answering emails and cake inquires Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Front of house inventory Maintain a clean and organized dining area Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read, write and communicate in English Basic math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to multitask! Strong attention to detail Ability to work holidays as that is the busiest times of the year Not required, but knowledge of celiac/gluten free is a PLUS!
