Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems and retail math is advantageous. Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent customer service.
