Duties Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demonstrations when needed Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment with precision and integrity Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies and merchandising as necessary Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Provide friendly phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support stock replenishment efforts by stocking shelves and ensuring proper product placement in the front-end area Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments Ability to conduct product demos confidently to engage customers effectively Bilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash register operations and sales tracking Experience in merchandising, stocking, and retail sales to create an appealing shopping environment Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers confidently This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to deliver outstanding service while sharpening their retail expertise.
