Duties Operate cash registers and POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments while maintaining balanced cash drawers at all times Prepare food items according to company standards, including frying, assembling, and presenting menu offerings Manage food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean workspace and safe food practices Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries promptly Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support quick service operations Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food prep stations, dining areas, and equipment to uphold sanitation standards Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety protocols throughout your shift Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cashiering, and POS system operation (Aloha POS or Micros POS experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods Proven ability to deliver friendly customer service with a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Experience working with kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, or other culinary tools is desirable Prior retail sales or cashiering experience that emphasizes upselling techniques will be advantageous Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by combining your passion for food with your enthusiasm for serving others.
