Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections. Conduct product demos to showcase new items and promote special offers or upselling opportunities. Maintain store appearance by merchandising products attractively and stocking shelves efficiently. Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, organizing stockroom areas, and assisting with regular stock replenishments. Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Assist with cashiering duties during busy periods, ensuring quick and accurate transactions while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Requirements Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for handling transactions accurately. Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers bilingually or multilingual is a plus. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales totals.
