At NuYo Frozen Yogurt in Encinitas, we bring the community together over customizable, delicious treats! Featuring 16 rotating self-serve flavors and more than 50 toppings, our shop is dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality frozen yogurt in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We care deeply about exceptional guest service, sustainable practices, and creating a positive space for our team and customers alike.
The Role:
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Team Members to join our Encinitas shop. In this position, you will be the face of NuYo—welcoming guests, maintaining a spotless store environment, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and a great cup of yogurt!).
What You'll Do Deliver Great Service:
Warmly welcome guests, offer product suggestions, and assist with any questions.
Maintain Quality & Presentation:
Prepare toppings, monitor yogurt machines, and uphold our top-tier hygiene and presentation standards.
Handle POS & Cash Register:
Accurately process guest transactions, manage cash drawer balances, and handle payments efficiently.
Keep Things Fresh:
Assist with receiving incoming deliveries, restocking topping stations, and keeping inventory organized.
Maintain Shop Cleanliness:
Keep guest seating areas, service counters, and equipment clean, sanitized, and inviting throughout your shift. Support the

Work cohesively with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a fun work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Prior Experience:
Customer service, food service, or retail experience is a plus, but passion and a great attitude matter most—we are happy to train!
People Person:
Strong communication skills with a genuinely friendly, engaging personality.

Reliable, punctual, and ready to take pride in your work.
Team Player:
High energy and eager to help out teammates during busy rushes.
Availability:
