Job Description

CIPS LA is seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to provide parking cashier services at a medical center in Fullerton, CA. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is reliable and punctual, and enjoys assisting the public in a professional environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 12:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Responsibilities Assist customers with paying parking fees using the automated payment system. Monitor gate arms and payment stations to ensure they are functioning properly. Refill receipt paper and maintain parking equipment as needed. Greet customers and provide directions throughout the medical center. Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Report equipment issues or operational concerns promptly. Qualifications Valid driver's license/photo id. Previous customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Flexible and able to work assigned shifts. Familiarity with the medical center, including the locations of medical offices and physicians, is preferred.
