Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales, food orders, and returns efficiently. Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including processing cash, credit/debit card transactions, and giving correct change. Assist customers with food service orders, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and handling food properly during transactions. Prepare simple food items as needed, supporting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when required. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff. Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service. Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus. Strong food handling skills with an understanding of food safety management and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently when assisting with food preparation.
