Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions quickly and accurately Manage cash handling procedures, including giving correct change and balancing registers at the end of each shift Upsell products by recommending additional items or promotions to enhance the customer's experience Maintain and keep dinning and front house clean Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction Work well under pressure during peak time Skills Proficiency with POS systems, tablets and cash handling procedures in fast food restaurant Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling Make sure all orders are packed accurately for each customer
