In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing inventory and stocking shelves. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries. Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly. Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to enhance the shopping experience. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks. Use an RF scanner to track stock levels and assist with restocking as needed. Package products for customers and ensure all items are handled with care. Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and achieve sales goals. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Proficiency in retail math for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Experience in inventory management practices is beneficial.
