Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with their needs Conduct product demos when applicable to educate customers about featured items Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure a clean shopping environment Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities Assist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring shelves are replenished promptly Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely Support supervising staff by helping train new team members and maintaining a positive team atmosphere Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms, including bilingual abilities preferred Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, and upselling strategies Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with grocery store operations such as stocking, product demos, and retail math Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong phone etiquette skills for effective remote communication Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience where every customer leaves satisfied!
