Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Service to include order taking of any food and beverage items. This task will be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Check deli to make sure food & beverage items are stocked. Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Take guests orders and make menu recommendations. Input orders into (POS) Point of Sale System noting any special preparations in foods. When food is ready, retrieve order and confirm its accuracy with appropriate condiments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service including friendly demeanor and patience. Exceptional organization and time management. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Great active listening skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible work schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Customer service oriented. Verbal and Written Communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to details. Knowledge of Food Service Regulations. Ability to work on multitask. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Selling to guests' needs.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
(•Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally) Ability to lift 40 pounds. Ability to stand during entire shift. Constantly walking and standing. Constant hearing, seeing, and talking. Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Close spaces while working with others. Excessive noise and smoke.
