You will be responsible for managing the flow of gaming chips and cash in and out of the cashier cage. Ver payouts while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Your ability to maintain a friendly atmosphere while efficiently handling transactions will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction in our casino environment. Responsibilities Cage audits to verify fiscal responsibility of the casino. Precisely managing cash/chip payouts and buy backs ensuring adherence to rules and regulations. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. Documentation of bonuses, jackpots and related transactions accurately, Maintain an organized and clean gaming area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Monitor player activity and ensure compliance with gaming policies. Provide information about games and assist players with questions or concerns. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive gaming environment. Skills Banking Experience proffered but not required Proficient in 10 key typing , Microsoft Word, computer literate, prepare emails, and scan documents etc. for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills to enhance guest experiences. Experience with cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for calculating payouts and managing bets, Microsoft experience. Excellent cash handling abilities to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Strong organizational skills to maintain order in the gaming area. Experience in guest services , ensuring that all patrons feel welcomed and valued. Familiarity with casino operations is preferred; knowledge of specific games is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
