Located in the food court at The Westfield Oakridge Mall , our menu consists of customizable self serve Mongolian BBQ. We are a new franchise looking to hire dedicated employees with tremendous growth opportunities. The ideal candidates will be hardworking, reliable, self-driven, and more importantly fun and charismatic. Mong Q hopes to recruit individuals who can work as a team in an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere. Cashier Responsibilities will include the following: Maintain a clean and tidy work area Prep vegetables and recipe ingredients for day to day operations Work the register and provide great customer service Set up workstations and prepare ingredients for use during shift Follow health and safety guidelines Make sure fridges are stocked before shift change Adhere to proper food handling practices Cleaning and closing duties are expected with scheduled deep cleans Qualifications Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs Must be able to multi task.
