Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail transactions Handle cash drawer operations with integrity, including cash handling and balancing at shift end Upsell products and suggest add-on items through engaging product demos and friendly communication Stock shelves, organize displays, and support merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-ups Provide product knowledge to customers, answering questions about store offerings and promotions Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations with strong cash handling skills Prior supervising experience is a plus for leading team initiatives or training new staff Experience in retail sales, cashiering, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for daily operations Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and stock management Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional customer experiences!
