Duties Greet customers warmly, assist with their purchases, and process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems Handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including laundry stations, dry cleaning equipment, and customer waiting areas Operate pressing machines to professionally press garments, ensuring high-quality results for customers' clothing Assist with laundry services by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing garments efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about dry cleaning or laundry services and resolving any issues promptly Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals or pressing equipment to ensure a safe working environment Skills Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry processes is a plus Ability to operate pressing machines and maintain cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering top-tier service with energy and professionalism!
