Issue refunds, change orders, and coupons. This position requires heavy customer contact and excellent customer service skills. A positive attitude is required at all times in order to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Handle all transactions efficiently and accurately Issue receipts, coupons, returns, and change Opens and/or closes the Front End as scheduled Upkeep the dining area, carts, bathrooms, and registers Maintains cleanliness in every area of the store at all times Delivers quality customer service at all times Presents a positive attitude towards the job and coworkers Have a strong organization and planning skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Follow company policies and supervisor's instructions Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes, including nights, weekends and holidays Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to be on their feet for prolonged periods Ability to lift 50 pounds for a short period High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred 3 months or more of customer service experience Ability to handle stress under pressure Ability to provide quality communication and customer service Ability to learn and use technical equipment (e.g. registers) Ability to accurately exchange and reconcile currency with the customers Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment Ability to learn and use company computer to input data Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision Wage Scale Min $17.00 Hour Pay Mid $18.65 Hourly Pay Max $20.50 Hourly Pay Note This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
