In this role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly. Your enthusiasm for food, excellent communication skills, and ability to stay organized will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a lively restaurant environment. Duties Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to maintain high standards. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks with basic culinary duties. Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests. Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or special requests. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times. Support banquet or large event service by helping with food distribution and setup. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety standards. Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally. Knowledge of food handling, cooking, serving, and bussing procedures. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
