We are looking for hardworking individuals who are quick learners, able to work under pressure, and committed to providing excellent customer service while preparing quality food according to Marco's standards.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude Take orders for walk-in customers, over the phone, and through online systems Answer phone calls promptly and professionally Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Marco's recipes and standards Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, lobby, restrooms, and overall store Wash dishes and keep the dish area clean and organized Restock ingredients, boxes, drinks, and other supplies as needed Assist with food prep and general kitchen support Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stocking Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times Work safely around hot equipment, including pizza ovens Work efficiently with the team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for extended periods during shifts Must be able to work around hot equipment and pizza ovens safely Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm, focused, and productive under pressure Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and procedures Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow instructions and maintain Marco's brand standards Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have dependable transportation to and from work
