At our Arco gastation, we provide fast, friendly service and a safe, clean environment for all of our customers. We're currently looking for a reliable, customer-focused Cashier to join our team and help us continue offering exceptional service. If you're friendly, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately process fuel and merchandise transactions through the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the cashier station and surrounding areas. Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and maintaining product displays. Monitor fuel levels and alert the management team to any issues. Enforce safety protocols and comply with all company policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and parking lot as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experienced Cashier will have a min of 2-3 years of retail cashier and/or sales experience, and exceptional communication skills.
