Job Description

Mariposa Market is hiring a Cashier. We are looking for serious, hard working, team players. •
MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
•Must have customer service experience and enjoy customer service!
The ideal candidate should:
Show up to work on time, ready to work. Excellent, warm and enthusiastic customer service. Solid proven experience in high volume customer service. Ring up orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain balanced till Bag orders. Good with numbers and memorizing numbers. Team player - must work well in a team and independently. Listens to customer concerns and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations. Cleans all appropriate areas in the front end. Maintain constant communication with supervisor to ensure that everybody is updated on pertinent information & is aware of any changes. Interest in or passion for organic food and health. Reports any potentially unsafe working environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to be on feet all day and use upper body constantly Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
