In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key in creating a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns. Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.
