Job Description
Pay:
$21.50- $30.50 per hour including tips. Full-time, 32+ hours a week. Craig runs on coffee, and a lot of it comes through our window. Maple Blues Coffee is a locally owned, fast-growing drive-thru, and we're hiring a full-time barista who can keep up
- and who actually wants to.
WHAT THIS ACTUALLY PAYS
We'd rather show you the whole number than bury it.Base pay:
$13.50- $17.
Tips:
our crew averages $8- $12 per hour That works out to roughly $21.50
- $29.00 an hour on weekdays and $23.00

THE SCHEDULE
This is a full-time job- 32+ hours a week on a consistent schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
ABOUT MAPLE BLUES COFFEE
We're locally owned and we serve specialty coffee, energy drinks, bagel sandwiches, Belgian waffles, and acai bowls. Our regulars know us by name and we know their order before they say it. We're growing fast, which means the people who show up and get good here get first shot at more hours, more responsibility, and lead roles.WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be cross-trained on both the espresso bar and the kitchen. That's the job, not a bonus task- our best people can pull a clean shot and turn out a Southwest Bagel Sandwich in the same breath. Pull shots, steam milk, and build drinks to spec, every time Cook and plate food orders
- bagel sandwiches, waffles, acai bowls Run the drive-thru window with speed, accuracy, and real hospitality Handle the register and cash accurately Keep the shop clean, stocked, and ready

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

If it's dirty, broken, or empty, you handle it without being asked. You're coachable. You take feedback, apply it, and get better every shift. You're genuinely friendly. Regulars should feel like regulars.REQUIREMENTS
Available 32+ hours a week, including early mornings (we open before most of Craig is awake) and weekends Reliable transportation to Craig Able to stand for a full shift and move quickly in a small space Coffee shop or customer-service experience preferred- we'll train the right person.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Base pay $13.50- $17.00 per hour, plus an extra $1.50 per hour on weekends, plus tips averaging $8
