Position Summary As the baseball CSR/flagger you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers using parking during Colorado Rockies games. As a CSR you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. Schedule This can be a full or part-time position (+/- 30 hours each week). Schedule will be determined on a weekly basis and is subject to change based on business needs. Initially, this position will serve to provide mornings, afternoon/evening, weekends, and holidays.
Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting. Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance. Assist customers with payment at kiosks as necessary. Direct customers entering the parking facility. Assist customers with processing online booked vouchers as necessary. Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable. Effectively communicate with all team members and managers. Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc). Responsible for some cleaning duties of the neighbouring parking lot, as needed.
Cashiering Duties and Responsibilities:
Process payment for parking by credit card, season pass, online booked voucher, or other methods. Process all payments in as fast and accurate a manner as possible while maintaining a warm and helpful demeaner. Opens and closes out tills and registers according to procedures while maintaining consistent cash accuracy. Report problems with cash register, customer or facility to supervisor or manager.
Auditing and Enforcement Duties and Responsibilities:
Audit each designated parking lot/garage and check for violations Issue citations to violators and follow detailed citation issuance protocol
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments. Position Requirements Successful completion of a criminal background check At least 16 years of age
