Mission Yogurt is seeking Cashiers for our Grab and Go Counter at Timberline Steaks & Grille, opening soon at the Denver Airport. The Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer orders and payments while providing friendly, efficient service. This role helps maintain an organized front-of-house area and ensures a smooth, positive experience for every guest in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$16.27/hr. + TIPS!

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members Accurately handles cash transactions and processes payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift. Assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercise honest, unbiased judgment. Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary. Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed. Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained. Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices. What We Are Looking For:

Ability to perform in a multi-tasking environment and work creatively with limited resources. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction. Contributes to a positive work environment through enthusiasm, dedication, and responsiveness. Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Previous experience as a cashier, team member, or in a customer service role. Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
