Team Member - Cashier

Position Summary As a Team Member, you'll be part of both front-of-house and kitchen operations , helping create a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest. You'll take orders, prepare food, and support the team to keep service fast, clean, and consistent. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming experience Take orders accurately (in-store and online pickup orders) Help guests understand the menu (ramen, sides, spice levels, etc.) Prepare and assemble food following recipes and quality standards Deliver food to tables for dine-in guests Organize and manage pickup orders efficiently Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player with good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 16 years old English required (Spanish is a plus) No experience required — we will train you Preferred Qualifications Experience in a ramen or Asian restaurant Comfortable multitasking during busy hours Strong attention to detail and consistency Customer service experience Why Join Us Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing restaurant Employee meals & staff discounts Flexible scheduling Hands-on training and skill development
