Part-Time; Night Shifts Only Job Requirements Passionate about hospitality and customer service Positive attitude Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day Scooping, mixing, and decorating The Yard shakes and sundaes Hosting guests at the door and helping them understand The Yard experience. Help guests understand the menu and handle simple objections. Standing for extended periods during each shift Run orders out to guests and deliver the "wow" factor Lifting up to 30 lbs Experience with cash handling, POS experience Follow proper opening and closing routines, including daily tasks/side work - cleaning and inventory Can take direction from management and no egos.
