The ideal candidate is friendly, active, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and able to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time. This is not an entry-level position . Previous cashier or restaurant experience is required, and experience preparing boba/bubble tea drinks is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the POS system and process cash and credit card payments Prepare boba, milk tea, fruit tea, and other specialty drinks according to recipes Handle multiple orders and responsibilities during busy periods Answer customer questions about menu items Package and organize dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders Maintain a clean and organized cashier and drink station Restock cups, ingredients, supplies, and other items as needed Assist other team members when needed Follow food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures Qualifications Previous cashier or restaurant experience required Boba/bubble tea preparation experience strongly preferred Must be active, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to learn quickly and follow recipes and procedures Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including some weekends as needed Compensation Starting at $15.00 per hour , with opportunities for increased pay based on experience, performance, and responsibilities.
