In this energetic role, you'll handle food sales transactions with precision, provide exceptional customer service, and support market operations through efficient point of sale cashless management. Whether assisting with product demos or upselling items, your positive attitude will drive sales and foster customer loyalty. Duties Operate point of sale ( POS) system accurately, handling all transactions with speed and professionalism Provide outstanding customer service by greeting diners, answering questions, and ensuring a positive checkout experience Cashless operation Assist Chef with product demos and promote upselling opportunities to enhance their dining experience Properly maintain stall to ensure the area remains organized, inviting, and fully stocked Support marketing efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper electronic signage is in place Skills Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems for seamless transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base more effectively is a plus!
