Job Description
Pay Starting at $17/hour + $3/hour in tips, totaling $20.00/hour Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse customers is essential. Duties
- Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Greet customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Expedite food orders to ensure accuracy and timely service.
- Prepare milkshakes and other menu items as needed.
- Wrap and package customer orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services.
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift.
- Clean dining areas, restrooms, counters, and other restaurant areas as needed.
- Stock cups, lids, condiments, paper products, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
- Restock front counter and kitchen supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to provide fast, friendly service.
- Use basic math skills to accurately handle transactions and make change.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to help the restaurant operate efficiently.
