Job Description
Overview Love wine? How about cutting edge craft beers and spirits? Got an awesome personality? Know your way around a point of sale system? Looking to find a home and not your next job? Then we want to meet you! Duties Provide exceptional customer service at the cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed neatly and attractively. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock. Utilize RF scanners for inventory control and tracking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, storage areas, and checkout stations. Engage in merchandising efforts to promote sales of produce and other grocery items. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or liquor store setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory control. Ability to perform lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in pricing, discounts, and transactions. A proactive approach to cleaning, stocking, packaging, shipping & receiving tasks.
